Apple MacBook Air M5 Chip 15-inch

The Apple MacBook Air 15-inch with the M5 chip pairs a 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU with 16GB of memory, a 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display, Wi-Fi 7 and up to 18 hours of battery.

The Apple M5 chip combines a 10-core CPU with a 10-core GPU that has a Neural Accelerator in every core, plus a 16-core Neural Engine and 153GB per second memory bandwidth. It delivers up to 4x faster AI performance than the MacBook Air with M4. Choose 16GB of unified memory with a 512GB or 1TB SSD from the product options; the SSD reads and writes up to 2x faster than the previous generation.

The 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display shows 2880x1864 pixels at 224 ppi with 500 nits brightness, a billion colours, P3 wide colour and True Tone, giving more room for documents, photos and side-by-side apps. Up to two external displays are supported.

The 12MP Center Stage camera keeps you in frame on video calls and supports Desk View, three microphones with Voice Isolation keep your voice clear, and a backlit Magic Keyboard with Touch ID sits above a Force Touch trackpad. The fanless design stays silent under any workload.

A six-speaker system with force-cancelling woofers plays Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos. Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, MagSafe 3 and a headphone jack handle connections, and the Apple N1 chip brings Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. The 66.5Wh battery lasts up to 18 hours of video streaming, the laptop weighs 1.51kg, and it runs macOS Tahoe with Apple Intelligence in Midnight, Silver, Sky Blue or Starlight.
